During the mentioned time frame, Mr. Burch informed me that the two above named employees exhibited courtesy, politeness and diligence during the work-day as noted by Mr. Burch himself and the surrounding neighborhood. Mr. Burch went on to say that “these two gentlemen were never idle” and he wished to let the county know that these two employees have a great work ethic.
